The course also focuses on the internal and external enablers of workforce transformation, using real-world examples to evaluate organisational responses, risks, and opportunities.
Workforce Analytics and Insights
In this course you’ll use workforce data and analytics to address workforce challenges, including skills gaps and training needs. You’ll develop skills in data visualisation, deriving insights, and making data-driven recommendations for workforce decisions. Industry case studies will help students practice identifying and solving workforce issues using analytics.
Leading Workforce Transformation Practice
Focusing on workforce transformation, this course will help you develop a reflective and evidence-based leadership toolkit. It encourages you to assess their leadership style, organisational role, and stakeholder relationships. Case studies illustrate how reflective, ethical leadership practices can drive successful workforce transformations.
Issues in Diversity
This course examines the challenges and benefits of managing diverse workforces. It highlights how diversity improves organisational performance and culture when managed with effective policies and leadership. Students will explore diversity across various dimensions, including culture, gender, and age, and analyse strategies to foster inclusivity and enhance organisational success.
Global Human Resource Management

Entry requirements
Prospective students would need to have:
- An Australian Bachelor degree or equivalent, or higher-level qualification, in any discipline from a recognised tertiary institution; or
- No qualification; with at least five years full time experience working in human resources, change management, recruitment, training and development or a related role. Applicants will be required to submit a curriculum vitae (CV).
You must meet the University’s minimum English language requirements to be eligible for a place in this program.
