About this degree
On successful completion of the program students will:
- Develop a project's scope and manage the integration of all project functions at an advanced level.
- Develop and manage: (a) project schedule, (b) teams and stakeholders at an advanced level.
- Develop and implement project procurement, cost, quality, risk and human resource management strategies as applied to business project.
- Manage the business projects undertaken to further the company's strategy or objectives.

Recommended study pattern
This program requires the successful completion of 40 units. Students must complete:
- 20 units of core courses, and
- 20 units of courses chosen from the Course List from one of the following specialisations:

- Students must complete only courses that form part of this program and not exceed 40 units.

Entry requirements
Entry into the Graduate Certificate in Project Management will be available to applicants who have:
- 3 year Bachelor’s degree; or
- 3 year Diploma + 1 year relevant organisational experience; or
- 2 year Diploma + 2 years relevant organisational experience; or
- 1 year Diploma + 3 years relevant organisational experience.
All applicants must demonstrate that they meet the University’s English Proficiency Requirements:
- IELTS Overall Minimum: 6.5
- IELTS Sub Test Minimum: 6.
If you have additional qualifications or experience above what is required for admission, you may be eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). This means you can complete your degree faster with less courses to complete. Different pathways are outlined on each degree page.
