Recommended study pattern
The Master of Business Information Systems program follows a trimester model (12-week teaching periods). The course comprises 16 x 10 credit point subjects (160 credit points). Students studying full time complete two to three subjects per trimester or up to eight subjects a year.
Award requirements
To qualify for the award of Master of Business Information Systems, the candidate must satisfactorily complete a course of study comprising 12 core subjects (120 credit points) and 4 elective subjects (40 credit points). A combined total of 160 credit points is required. Electives can be taken from the approved table below or any postgraduate subjects (AQF 8 and/or AQF 9) with prior approval from the Program Director.

Entry requirements
