Professional recognition

The Human Resource Leadership specialisation is accredited by the Australian HR Institute. Graduating students automatically qualify for Graduate membership, the professional-level membership offered to recent HR graduates in the first two years of their HR career (GAHRI). Once graduated, if you’ve had industry experience for 2 + years HR or people management you will qualify for AHRI professional membership (MAHRI). Graduate members receive all the professional level benefits at a subsidised rate including professional indemnity insurance and full access to member resources to build valuable networks for their future in the profession.
