About this subject

  • Upon successful completion of this subject, the student should be able to:

    1. Discuss the implications of research concepts, principles, and activities on a research project in the context of maritime, transport, logistics, and supply chains.
    2. Formulate and justify specific research questions to advance business practices in the maritime, transport, logistics, and supply chain industries
    3. Design appropriate data collection and analysis approaches to fulfil the objectives of a research project, guided by a clear research philosophy.
    4. Develop a research proposal to initiate a research project for the maritime, transport, logistics, and supply chain industries.

To enrol in this subject you must be accepted into one of the following degrees:

  • TAS-BAM-MAS-2024 - Master of Business Administration in Maritime Management
  • TAS-MMG-GDI-2024 - Graduate Diploma of Maritime Management
  • TAS-GSM-MAS-2024 - Master of Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management
