About this subject

  • Upon completion of this subject, the student should be able to:

    1. Explain and apply differing concepts and models of health for individuals, families and communities
    2. Use a range of communication strategies to engage with consumers in healthcare
    3. Apply engagement models to design and implement innovative communication strategies with consumers in healthcare.
