About this subject

  • Upon completion of this subject, the student should be able to:

    1. Investigate the role and impact of policies and systems in dementia locally and globally
    2. Critically analyse the major drivers of local and public policy in relation to dementia
    3. Examine policy and system evaluation relevant to health and well-being for people living with dementia
    4. Critically analyse major national approaches to the design of health care systems in relation to the needs of people with dementia

To enrol in this subject you must be accepted into one of the following degrees:

  • TAS-DMC-GCE-2025 - Graduate Certificate in Dementia

Additional requirements

  • Other requirements - Teaching arrangement: Online learning - approximately 10 hours per week
