About this subject
At the completion of this course you should be able to:
1. Critique a range of leadership theories and styles
2. Analyse the relationships between leadership, culture and performance
3. Evaluate the values involved in leading and managing an organisation
4. Apply leadership theory and concepts to practical cases.

This course introduces students to a range of leadership theories in order to examine the impacts of leadership across organisations within the context of increasing external complexity. Students are encouraged to critically reflect upon leadership practices with a view to developing an awareness of their own leadership capacities.
