About this subject

  • Students who successfully complete this subject will be able to:

    1. Demonstrate theoretical understanding of organisational strategy and the principles of competitive advantage and align these to project management
    2. Critically evaluate project management principles, practices, methodologies, tools and techniques and align these to the strategic objectives of organisations
    3. Critically analyse complex project management problems and identify appropriate solutions to these in the organisational context
    4. Critically evaluate issues in contemporary project management and communicate about these effectively to a diverse range of stakeholders
    5. Communicate effectively as a professional and function as an effective leader or member of a diverse team.
