About this subject

  • Specifically, at the end of this subject, the students should be able to:

    1. Technology and Application - Describe and compare current mobile technologies, their strengths and their limitations.
    2. Techniques and Algorithms - Explain and apply the techniques on platforms used for developing mobile applications.
    3. Design and implementation: Design and implement well-structured mobile applications using programming languages and standard mobile application development frameworks.
    4. Coding and Debugging - Demonstrate sound skills in coding and debugging program code written for mobile applications.
    5. Testing: Apply the fundamentals of mobile app testing, design and automate test plans for mobile applications.
    6. Collaborative and Team Work - Acquire a basic appreciation of what is involved in teamwork.
