- Theoretical Positionings: Multimodal Literacies and Numeracy
- Mathematical Inquiry
- Inquiry-Based Projects in Early Childhood
- The Role of Multimodality in Facilitating Mathematical Understanding, Practices, and Thinking
In this subject you will investigate and analyse current research and policy in digital learning, literacy and mathematics including multi-literacies and multimodal resources, with the aim of engaging children and enhancing literacy, mathematical and digital learning in the early years. Relevant research and curriculum documents are used to examine mathematics, literacy and digital curriculum content and identify pedagogical practices which engage children in learning.
