About this subject

  • On successful completion you will be able to:

    1. Describe the anatomical structure and function of major body systems.
    2. Use appropriate anatomical terminology to describe anatomical structures and events.
    3. Apply observational and communication skills to make accurate observations of anatomical structures or events and infer their relationship to function using various anatomical resources, the living body or medical imaging.

Prerequisites: Students must be admitted in the following course: HBFN.
Past La Trobe University students who have previously completed ANA1001 (Introduction to Human Anatomy) are ineligible to enrol in this subject.
