This subject was previously known as Facilities Management.
This subject examines the scope and importance of facilities and asset management. The history, common terms and attributes of facilities and asset management are explored. This is so that students gain the understanding, knowledge and skills necessary to effectively perform the roles of either a facilities or asset manager.
