<p>The Master of Laws in Enterprise Governance is a postgraduate program offered by the Faculty of Law. The program is designed for directors and officers as well as for legal professionals with an interest in enterprise governance and leadership. Students enrolled in the program learn about the nature and operation of enterprise governance and the role of the board in leading enterprises in today&#39;s challenging business environment – including both for-profit and not-for-profit enterprises – and learn how to govern an enterprise in compliance with the relevant legal rules and ethical principles. All subjects in the program are delivered using a combination of online modules and intensive workshops, and all assessment tasks are constructively aligned and authentic.</p>
