About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. research and analyse the key concepts of facilities and asset management
    2. evaluate how a facilities or asset manager links with strategic management
    3. develop appropriate facilities and asset management techniques to manage a project.

To enrol in this subject you must be accepted into one of the following degrees:

Core

  • CUR-CME-DEG-2025 - Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management)

Elective

  • CUR-FAST-DEG-2025 - Fast track your Curtin on campus study

Note: Level 4 subjects normally assume a moderate level of prior knowledge in the area, eg from completing all Level 3 subjects or relevant experience.
Pre Requisite: Successful completion of 500 credit points.
