To be eligible for entry, you'll need:

• a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (see below), or
• a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline, plus 2 years full-time equivalent, relevant work experience (see below), or
• to have completed post-secondary studies, plus 3 years full-time equivalent, relevant work experience (see below). Applications based on post-secondary study and work experience will be assessed individually.

Relevant disciplines include: medicine, nursing, midwifery, psychology, counselling, social work, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology, allied health, human services, pharmacy, sports medicine and audiology. 

Relevant work experience means:

• work experience in a relevant discipline (see above), or
• work experience in areas such as business, commerce, economics, IT and engineering.

All applicants must satisfy the UQ English language proficiency requirements for admission.

If you've completed previous study, you may be eligible to receive credit for – or exemption from – certain subjects in a UQ program.
